Orders placed by 14:00 daily will be shipped within 72 hours if there is availability of products unless you choose to pay by bank deposit. If you choose to pay by bank deposit your order will be sent either the same day or the next day after receipt of your payment, provided that your payment is confirmed by the relevant department.
Orders placed in our online store on weekends or holidays are shipped within 3 working days. The order status, voucher number and shipping details will be sent to you by email in real time.
Our online store undertakes the delivery of your purchases in Greece and Cyprus, with a transport company or courier.

Costs are calculated in the process of completing the purchase before any financial obligation. Please note: In some remote areas in Greece (areas with a remote courier service station or villages with difficult access) the delivery may not be possible or may be classified as remote/inaccessible. The nationwide shipment of products does not apply to areas that are characterized as remote / inaccessible by the courier cooperating with our store. In such cases, the shipment is made by picking up the parcel from you at the nearest service office of the courier cooperating with our store in your area. You will be informed by e-mail or by telephone.
The shipping cost (within Greece) depends on the shipping company or courier and the delivery area and if you choose cash on delivery there is no cost. For Cyprus the shipping costs depend on the shipping company or courier and the delivery area and the payment can be made by bank deposit or credit/debit card.
In cases where the customer has received a defective product or a product that does not meet the advertised characteristics, the customer is given the option of a refund or direct replacement of the product and our company will bear the shipping costs. In order for refunds to be accepted you must:
– The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return must not exceed 7 calendar days.
– The packaging must not have been tampered with and must be in its original (factory) condition.
– Returned products must be in the original condition as when you received them.
– Return all accompanying forms.
Our company recommends that you do a first check upon receipt of your order to make sure that your parcel has no obvious defects (e.g. it is not broken, it is the right product, etc.). This check is not compulsory and not doing so does not limit your rights. For the best and fastest service, it is best to send the receipt and retail sales slips together with the goods you are returning.
